Return Policy

Pacific Toy wants customers satisfy the products they purchased. Pacific Toy offers 14-Day Money Back Guarantee for unused item with PT sticker sold from Pacific Toy.

Item must return in same condition. Please keep in mind, we only accept un-used item return. 14-day for returning counted from package received date shown in the tracking.

Please test the LCD and digitizer by connecting the cable before installing. It is wasting time when you find out the parts are damaged after installation.

Buyer responsible for the returned shipping cost.

Order more than $300 value will be sent with signature.

Order return with undeliverable address will be charged re-stocking fee to cover shipping fee. 


Return Procedure:

  1. Receive item within 14 days, WITHOUT broken cable, crash screen and with all the protective films.  (We do NOT accept return for white/black screen after installation. NO return on any item that has visible damages, like broken cable and crash glass).

  2. Download RETURN FORM and fill in the form.

  3. Mail return item (new condition) to PacificToy.com with the return form.  Please use USPS first class mail to send it back, it costs less than $2. Please do NOT use UPS, since UPS does not ship to PO BOX.

  4. When we receive the returned item, we will exchange or refund money back to buyer. Return may take about 2-3 weeks.


We don't accept refund / exchange for below conditions:

  • Any item that is not sold from us or remove the PT sticker.
  • Any item that has been used.
  • Any item that does not have protective film on.
  • Any item that is destory by buyer - include broken glass and broken cable.
  • Any item that is past the return period.
